The property is rented as a whole house (HOME 12+5) or individual apartments (ap2+2, ap4+1 and ap6+2), both without the owner and his family living in it. It's a new house with 3 separate apartments in Rtina near Zadar. Whole house this size (17 people) for touristic renting is very rare and represents a unique property if you are looking for accomodation for a big group. The pool was built in 2019. and it's a 40 square meters heated pool. It's surrounded by walls and is on higher terrain so it’s quite private. At your disposal are big tables in the shade by the pool and sun loungers. Near the pool are two old grape trees that can offer a sweet refreshment after enjoying the pool. The house is also equipped with a gaming space. The space has popular games like table tennis, table football and darts. This gaming space is also equipped with a bathroom - so that is an extra bath with shower inside the house. HOME 12+5 is the option where you rent the whole house without the owner and his family being in it. This is the preferable option of renting for July and August, but it is also available outside those two months. Arrivals and departures are possible any day of the week. Renting individual apartments (ap2+2, ap4+1 and ap6+2) is also possible but it's preferred in June or September. This option also includes the owner and his family not being in the house, but there can be other tourists in the house. Our place has less than 500 inhabitants with a coastal line of 3.5 kilometers so the beaches are never crowded and you can always find a place on the beach only for yourself. Entrance to the sea doesn't have rocks - it's either sand or you have stairs for entering. Our small sea bay Plemići is characterized by shallow sea water that's suitable for kids. A small sea bay makes it quite warm with the swimming season starting from the beginning of June till the end of September. The house is located near all amenities such as shops, restaurants, market, post office, ATM, ambulance. Veľmi pokojná lokalita, ubytovanie čisté a super, bazén je úžasný spolu aj s grilom, more blízko a nekonečná pláž. S majiteľom neboli žiadne problémy, ústretový, hneď bol v pohotovosti keď bolo niečo treba.Čo sa týka reštaurácie, varia v nej úžasne, pomer cena a kvalita jedla top.

Byliśmy wraz z rodziną w lipcu. Wszystko dokładnie jak w opisie na stronie. Bardzo przyjemny apartament. Dla osób szukających spokoju oraz czynnego wypoczynku. Basen rewelacyjny. Niedaleko fajna plaża. Bez tlumów turystów. Poza tym fajna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Chorwacji.
Właśnie wróciliśmy i zdecydowanie polecam. Warunki bardzo dobre- pełne wyposażenie kuchni, łącznie ze ścierkami do naczyń i płynem do zmywania, czysto. Brakowało noża, ale gdy poprosiłam - dostałam nowy. Smart Tv, Wi-FI, więc i bajkę dzieci obejrzały. Właściciel bardzo pomocny i bardzo sympatyczny - oprowadził po okolicy i pokazał gdzie można coś zjeść, jak dojść na plażę. Przy domu drzewo figowe i dojrzałe winogrona do dyspozycji gości. Polecam.
