Apartment Silvia 1 is a luxuriously furnished three-room apartment that was recently built and newly furnished. It features a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, and a living room that can be used as an additional bedroom. The apartment is equipped with high-quality brand appliances, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Amenities Terrace: A covered terrace of about 15 m˛ with a table for 6 people. Sunbathing area: An additional sunny area of about 25 m˛ with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. View: The terrace offers a wonderful view of the surrounding bays, beaches, and nature. Parking: Free private parking is available. Proximity to the beach: Apartment Silvia 1 is only about 200 m from Tičja luka beach (Povlja). The beach is particularly suitable for families with children. A beach umbrella is available in the apartment. Guest access: The total living area is about 80 m˛ and includes: First bedroom: A large double bed and a separate single bed. Second bedroom: A single bed. Kitchen: A separate, fully equipped kitchen. Living room: A cozy living room that can be used as an additional bedroom. Bathroom: A bathroom and a separate toilet. Terrace: A beautiful terrace with a table and chairs for 6 people, as well as a sunny area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Welcome! The minimum stay in the apartments is seven days. To make a reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the total amount is required. On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 2:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Upon arrival at the apartment, it is necessary to present a valid identification document (ID card or passport) to the host for registration at the tourist information office, as required by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The remaining amount is due upon arrival, minus the deposit amount.
