Štinjan (www.stinjan.com) is a suburb of Pula and a tourist location situated in the northwestern part of the town of Pula (www.pula.hr) across the islands of the National park of Brijuni (www.brijuni.hr). The Amphitheater – known as the Arena of Pula, Temple of Augustus and the Triumphal Arch of the Sergi (the “Golden Gate”) are just some of the monuments in Pula which are a “must see”. Throughout the year, but especially during the summer time, there are many events in Pula. Some of the artist who performed in the Amphitheater were Štinjan’s Fort Punta Christo is the venue of many festivals; Outlook festival, one of the world greatest festivals of bass music and sound system culture, is taking place from 3rd – 7th September 2014 (www.outlookfestival.com), as well as the Dimensions festival which is taking place from 27th – 31st August 2014 (www.dimensionsfestival.com).
