There are 2 terraces on the beach side and one big on the roof. House is in silent bay with nice view from everywhere. Sea and beach under the house ( 1st row to sea). All facilities ( stores, fruit market, fish market and vegetable market place, newspapers, bars, restaurants…) are cca 300 m away from the house. Aquarium, relaxing parc for children are cca 500m away ( just across the bridge). Evening events on stage, church, poste office, turist office, town marina, museum, and more restaurants, doctor ... are in the centre of Island Rogoznica, cca 900m away. Marina Frapa , laundry services, cosmetic salon, , massage salon , swimming pool, trampolins, tennis place, diving centre, night club, more restaurants, bars, shops is cca 900m away ( marina Frapa). Pharmacy is near by to marina. So- all is here in Rogoznica town, you just need to come and enjoy.
