All 5 apartments in the house are categorized with three stars, have a separate entrance and a sea view. Apartments are air-conditioned and have unlimited internet access. House capacity is 18 beds and 3 auxiliary beds. The parking space for each apartment is secured within the property surrounding the house. The house is located about 300 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the famous Franciscan monastery built in the 15th century.
