If you are planning a holiday away from the crowds and stress of every day life , our Apartments are the right choice for you. Our Apartments are located on the ground floor, only 30 meters from the sea and the sandy beach which is ideal for non-swimmers and children, because of the gradual entry into the sea and the shallows (cc 15m). Apartments use their own common terrace (cc 30m). Note : Linen (change every 5-7 days, depending on length of stay ), towels and kitchen towels ( every 3rd day) , washing and cleaning products and toilet paper (during the stay ), hair dryer, use of Air Conditioning , WI - FI internet , bed for child , grill, boat mooring, use of bicycles and local taxes are included in the price. Check out : 10:00 , Check- in: 14:00 . Upon confirmation of reservation by the owner, 20% of the total price must be paid to the bank account. The remaining amount will be paid in cash upon arrival. In case of cancellation of reservation more than one month before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full upon receiving of reservation cancellation from the customer via e - mail.
